Duration: 8 weeks

• Weekly live group call, 75–90 minutes including Q&A

• Two private calls: one at the start, one at the end (30 minutes each)

• Two months of full KDDT Membership access (lectures, office hours, roundtables, community)

• Weekly practice tasks, 15–20 minutes each • Access to all replays and notes in a private portal

  • Values, strengths, weaknesses, and gaps

  • Build your professional voice and stance

Week 4: Theory to Practice

  • Learn to separate pathology from normal puppyhood (and beyond)

  • Apply behavior knowledge to real cases

  • Practice task: observation and decision-making

Week 5: Sustainable Career

  • Boundaries, pricing, billing, and workload

  • Choose your lane and shape realistic offers

Week 6: Channeling Energy and Drive

  • Food, toys, play, and possession

  • Turn intensity into productive training

  • Match methods to the types of clients and dogs you want to serve

Week 7: Trainer’s Voice in Action

  • Communicate with clients in a way they can follow and apply

  • Build compliance without overwhelming or confusing them

  • Handle dogs with clarity while staying grounded with clients

  • Structure your services and programs so clients understand and commit

Week 8: Roadmap and Next Steps

  • Final action plan for the next 90 days

  • Exit call to review progress and set direction

  • Pathways into ongoing mentorship or private coaching
